List API Returning Status 46 but other endpoints working

I'm getting a status_code 46 API is down for maintenance for the list API endpoint, but other endpoints are working fine. Is there maintenance for just some endpoints?

It's just for lists, I remember Travis talking about migrating them. Seems like it's happening today, you can keep track of it here: https://status.themoviedb.org/

Also if the success is false, Why is it returning under the 200 status code? How long will it take?
