since my iPhone app is already 90% finished, I am thinking about a name for the app. Is it possible to use the shortcut "TMDB" in the name (e.g. "We love TMDB")?

I used an API key for the development. Do I need to request a new (non commercial) API key for the release? The APP will be free of charge and there will be a tip option (but no additional functionality will be enabled).
