I'm currently trying to integrate with the TV Changes API and I have noticed that changes to production companies don't always show up in the list of changes.

For example, on the TV series "Dead to Me" I can see that the production company "CBS Television Studios" (id 15257) was added on August 4, 2018. If I try navigate to the page for that company, I get a 404. However, if I look at the list of production companies currently on the series I can see "CBS Studios" (id 1081) on the list. There is no change record for when this company was added.

I'd guess that there is some duplication detection happening which replaced 15257 with 1081, but there is no indication that this change occurred. How would I know if something like this was modified on a record without just periodically refreshing all the data for a series?
