Rate limit

I saw on another conversation that the rate limit is based only on the adresse IP, but i don't understand very well. Does it mean that the rate limit is around 50 requests per second per IP and not per API key ? I ask that because i find that really impressive.

I think so. 50 per second.
Of course there are other parameters monitored to prevent attacks.
