I'm not a programmer. Is the above-mentioned something I could learn to do without having to become one?

If anyone can provide any quick guidance that speaks specifically to the above parameters, I'd humbly appreciate it.

I personally don't know of a way to get that list you want.
In principle it would be using Discover.

But in the answer, in the data of each item, there is no budget and revenue.
This data only when requests using the ID of each item.
