Access Denied to Daily ID Exports

I'm attempting to access the Daily ID Exports but am getting an access denied error when clicking the link offered on this Daily ID Export page.
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

Is this no longer available? I'm logged in and have tried linking to it from multiple different sources/browsers but no luck. Thanks for your help.
