Similarly when a film is released on DVD / BD in parts such as How the West Was Won https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/11897-how-the-west-was-won

In movie data in DB there is nowhere to record chapter or episode titles.
Only on TV Show.
Perhaps it is the case of transforming this Title of your example into TV Show.
If you find it convenient, make a Report on the movie.
In this case I see no solution.
According to the rules of our Bible, we must keep what was in the original release, in the world premiere.
