Your question is very broad, @Lucasgjini ! What programming language are you using, and what kind of API request would you like to make?
The API resources, such as Discover: Movie, give you information about what a request is for and how to make it, including examples in a number of languages. You need to be logged in and have an assigned API key to use them properly.
