Problem when i try to create API it shows error message even if i filled all inputs

here is the text , but all fields are filled..

Try ordering again.
Post here the text you entered in the "Application Summary" item.
Better not to contain any URL in the text.
There are URL post restriction mechanisms here.

Just login and write in your usecase it's simple as that, just created an api key in the matter of seconds.
