Since the beginning of 2023, I have been unable to add or update certification information for Singapore releases. The error message is “Certification is not valid for the selected country”. There is no drop down list of options and so far I have been typing in the certification manually (based on publicly available information). Please look into this. Thank you.

This isn't true TV-14 TV-PG etc. were created by MPAA.

Yes, all of these certifications are from the MPAA.
That is not up for debate.
What I am saying is that I found a conflict between the certification information for a film I looked up on the MPAA website and the same film I saw on the Disney website.

Then try using titles I provided to you previously. That one is probaly one of few exceptions.
