Got some channels that should be listed as certified official outlets for distributors.
Paramount Movies Digital (although this seems to have stopped being updated, it was definitely an official channel for Paramount): https://www.themoviedb.org/video/channel/UCOwaTlA0nHlqMf4HBEWmLaw

I've reapplied the official tag for both channels. If it's still the same, it's probably a bug.
In the past, whenever there was a channel with a lot of videos that aren't relevant for TMDB, @lineker has decided against giving it the official status. So I'm going with that here as well.
