Got some channels that should be listed as certified official outlets for distributors.

I'm not sure whether it's an approved streaming service yet. My guess is it's not allowed. Since we don't allow YouTube videos (in general), I assume we don't allow a service that is for YouTube videos, but outside of YouTube.
