YouTube Channels to be made Official

Got some channels that should be listed as certified official outlets for distributors.
Paramount Movies Digital (although this seems to have stopped being updated, it was definitely an official channel for Paramount): https://www.themoviedb.org/video/channel/UCOwaTlA0nHlqMf4HBEWmLaw

No videos added for that channel. Does that mean it's just duplicate content already available on other official channels? I would probably not want to set it as official without any actual content.

Oh, annoyingly someone deleted the international trailer for Scream VI that I had added, which restores the swearing cut from the domestic version. I've re-added it. This is the version playing here in UK cinemas, but the local upload is the cut version.
It's the official Paramount channel for the Philippines.
