YouTube Channels to be made Official

Got some channels that should be listed as certified official outlets for distributors.
Paramount Movies Digital (although this seems to have stopped being updated, it was definitely an official channel for Paramount): https://www.themoviedb.org/video/channel/UCOwaTlA0nHlqMf4HBEWmLaw

While a very good backup, it should not be the primary source of videos unless no official video exists. See section about semi-official channels here. This also means no official status.
Channel seems to be used for some other stuff as well. Should there be any issues with this video in the future we can reconsider.
Entry was deleted since it's a student film (meaning non-professional as base value) and without a release. Should it get a professional release in the future, entry can be re-added and channel can be brought back into the discussion here.

To repeat, from our rules: "If there are no official sources, semi-official channels can be used. This includes, for example, film festival channels (e.g. HotDocsFest), theater chain channels (e.g. AMC Theatres), and the Fandango channels."
Semi-official channels are not given official status.
At a quick glance most videos are not relevant for the TMDb website. Also, as an actor's union channel, a bit outside of what we want as an official channel even is certain videos can be a fit.
