Got some channels that should be listed as certified official outlets for distributors.

Paramount Movies Digital (although this seems to have stopped being updated, it was definitely an official channel for Paramount): https://www.themoviedb.org/video/channel/UCOwaTlA0nHlqMf4HBEWmLaw

Paramount Movies UK (UK page for Paramount Pictures): https://www.themoviedb.org/video/channel/UCXwyXuLskuYsZiWNh0STJdw

Sky Cinema (UK film channel and distributor, who recently split off their Cinema uploads from the main Sky channel, which is certified): https://www.themoviedb.org/video/channel/UCP6T93Fe7qKYlvb_5Cs8Z4g

Seems to be semi-official as it's affiliated with Rotten Tomatoes / Fandango, which we have a specific exception for:

If there are no official sources, semi-official channels can be used. This includes, for example, film festival channels (e.g. HotDocsFest), theater chain channels (e.g. AMC Theatres), and the Fandango channels.

I think I'd also go with semi-official here. They also seem to be partnered with some distribution companies. (https://www.theboxofficenetwork.com/)

Official channel for actor Leonardo DiCaprio. https://www.themoviedb.org/video/channel/UChlkJxkgWqVc11Cwuz1GSbg

His channel uploaded the One Battle After Another trailer about 15 minutes or so before any Warner Bros. channels, so I have reason to believe it’s not a fake channel.

What tool do you use to tell the exact time a youtube video was uploaded?

I didn’t use one in this case, but I just tried out https://ytlarge.com and it seems to do a great job showing a video’s analytics, including upload time.
