I am facing this issue, I have to call API request multiple times within a short time span. I am getting this error multiple times. Could someone please help me out with it asap?

I am also facing this issue after all these years the problem is not solved from the tmdb side

If you're in India, it's a well known issue that some ISP's in India seem to block and/or restrict access to parts of TMDB. You can see previous reports of this in some of these threads:
