It is only for Movies. What about Series? how can we get it?

A certification apply to a certain release. If the movie is re-released or released in another country, the certification may be different.

For that reason, the certifications are attached to each release date.

But still, there can be movies released in the same day US. I need movie ID, release date with certification. and release date does not have fk to join with movies

With the movie Id, you can get all the release dates of the movie, with their certifications (if they are known). This is explained above by @ticao2 in its first message in this topic.
