Hi, when I try to upload info about a movie or serie, it shows a connection error. But, if I edit the source, the connection is OK.
I can't upload the info in a new movie or serie.
Thanks!!

I'm not sure I understand you correctly.
Are you trying to change or add data to TMDb DB from Synology?
I believe this is not possible.
The data of movies and series in the TMDb DB can only be changed via the website.
I think I understand. How you wrote upload I don't understand.
The problem is downloading data from TMDb to your Synology.
There are several Synoloogy users with this same problem.
Some managed to resolve. Problems with ports. Others failed.
We don't know very well what the problem or problems are.
See below if it can help you.
Some Synology NAS/DS Video users have appeared reporting problems.
One of them said there was an update from Synology.
We don't know yet but it looks like this update came with this issue.
So I suggest getting help from Synology's website.
See if any of these threads can help solve your problem.
If you can use Quickconnect to access your synology NAS then everything should be OK, you should not need to worry about ports, etc.
I recently had a problem, turns out it was my new ISP, didn't like the static IP address I had chosen for my NAS.
If you are using a static IP address then change through Control Panel / Network / Network Interface to use DHCP. If your API now works with the new IP address then you have the same problem.
Simply change to use this new IP address as your static one.
Hope this helps.

No no, the TMDb doesn't connect in Video Station.
In the Configuration exists the option to test connection of THE MOVIE DATABASE of my movies and my API KEY works but, when I want to edit the movie information, it doesn't connect with the database.
The "Search Internet" can't connect with TMDB

"I EDIT THE SOURCE" means:

the user got some responses from Synology.
Hi @USER, there's only 2 ports that can be used to communicate with TMDB's service.
These are your standard HTTP 80 and HTTPS 443 ports.
