If you are an APP developer but still do not have a URL for your software,
or if you are a teacher teaching your class how to use the API feature,
or will use it in their own studies,
or in short, do not have a URL,
just inform N/A, not applicable or not available or no answer.

Myself personally I created an empty repository on github for the project I was making that needed the API Key, and I placed the repositories URL and name in the input fields and I was given the key instantly

You can use https://domain.com and it works
