Hi @zhangjieshuo002, I do not have any idea about what this could be. Our certificate is valid, as you can see here over on SSL Labs.
I don't know who zscaler/zscloud is but they don't have anything to do with TMDb. Our certificate does not use them so whatever you're doing/using it's not TMDb. Our SSL certificate is issued by DigiCert/RapidSSL. It sounds like some kind of third party is getting in between you and our servers, so you'll have to investigate that.

@zhangjieshuo002 @travisbell I am also facing the same issue, can you let us know what could be wrong with company's net and how can we overcome this by ourseves?
