If I understand correctly, no, it is not possible to make a TV Show collection.
For example a collection of TV Show of Science Fiction.
Or collection of Comedies.
That's not possible.

As I understand it, yes.
But personally, I never tried to include a TV Show in a Movie collection.

Correct, collections are only designed for movies. There's an upcoming franchise/universe feature that will include all content coming out this year sometime. You can watch and/or vote for this feature here.

That feature was included more than a year ago according tello. It is working already?

While it's been added to Trello, it's still in my "Backlog". It has not been started.

We need TV collections and hopefully this feature will be implemented soon.
