Regarding how to preclude adult content from coming up in results, do the following:

In the upper right corner of your TMDb screen, click on your avatar. Then click on "Settings" on the drop-down list that'll appear. On the Account Settings page that'll open, select "No" where you see the question "Include Adult Items in Search?"

If you have your default language set to English, only English search results should appear. Also select "None (Don't Fallback)" for Fallback Language. (While you're on that Account Settings screen, make sure your country and time zone have been accurately selected.)

Making those selections should do the trick.

Problems with API Request

In order for someone to help you with API Request questions,
it is critical that you post here the API Request you are sending to the TMDb server.
Remember to replace your Key with MY_KEY , YOUR_KEY , THE_KEY , or something like that.

Not the programming code/script you used to build the API Request.
But the API Request that is sent to the TMDb server.
Or the API Request you would like to send.

Normally 30 hours to update data for films that are already in Letterboxd.
But I believe that in the case of new films you can force their inclusion in Letterboxd.

I'm not a Letterboxd user.
I believe that after 30 hours you can ask Letterboxd to update.
