I've updated my app to validate the key column now, but this needs to be fixed so it doesn't impact others. TMDB website is also trying to show this as a youtube video.
As far as I can tell validation for a youtube key is 11 to 24 characters in length, and alphanumeric only. Don't take my word for it. I can't find an office rule from youtube on that, but I know that channels can have a long 24 character key.
Kan ’n rolprent of TV-program nie vind nie? Teken aan om dit te skep.
Wil u hierdie item gradeer of tot ’n lys toevoeg?
Nie ’n lid nie?

I clicked the delete button on the video just to see if it would work, and it was deleted.
So it appears to be gone now. The video add dialog need some kind of validation for the video key.
Also, I clicked the "! Report" button the video and it doesn't appear to do anything. I'm using Chrome on Windows 10.
