Hi, a "stupid" question, maybe ;-)
The API provides the genre information in alphabetical order!
Ok, but is there a way to sort the genre by relevance? The most relevant genre to the first place, etc.

There is no deliberate genre orders whether it be at the time of the write or read. If we were to implement sorted genres in an attempt to indicate one being more prominent than another, yes we will support that order at the time of the read as well. But right now this is not a supported feature.
