The Movie Database Support

I've noticed the strangest thing.

I've been doing "Discover" API calls in the range 1950-01-01 to 1950-01-01 (a single day). I do this API call every day, and I've been expecting identical results.

On odd days, the movie https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/144441-kogda-zazhigaunsya-elki is included, and on even days, it's not. It's not exactly odd/even, but it seems to switch about every 1-2 days, and then be consistent for the rest of that day. It definitely keeps changing. This has been going on for several months.

What is special about https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/144441-kogda-zazhigaunsya-elki and why is it only happening for this movie?

Still happening, any ideas?

I have a theory as to why this is happening but don't have time to look at it for a bit. I think it's to do with the precision of the system timer rounding the datetime call. We're talking low level stuff here, sub milliseconds rounding up or down.

Interesting! Thanks for letting me know.
