I have some basic questions about how information gets updated in the tmdb database by the community of contributors:

1. When users update movie details for a particular movie, does it reflect in the API instantly (in real-time) or does it pass some sort of content approval process first?
2. If there's an approval process, how long do change take to get approved? and what are the time intervals that tmdb is updated and reflected in api calls (eg. hourly, daily, weekly, etc.)?
3. On average, how many individual movies per day are updated across tmdb?
