Reasoning for genre ids only and genre id-name pair

Hi, what's the reason for movie search results containing a list of only genre-ids and movie details containing both genre ids and names? I would imagine the data comes from the same database and it would be simple to just include the genre names in the search results as well. Thanks!

It's just a design decision that changed 2 years after the original was made. I can't go back and add genre objects in the list results I'm afraid (that would break existing clients) so the easiest thing to do is cache the genre list in your app.
