I'm really interested in doing some research on collaborative filtering (recommendation systems) on movies data (I'm a big screen passionate). The reason why I'm opening a discussion is because to do a collaborative filtering and user ratings analysis I need to have access to the all set.

Maybe the owners of the database are interested about some sort of collaboration ?
