Does the Changes API include new additions?

We're enjoying the Changes API and just started using it. What isn't clear from the documentation anywhere is: Do the results include NEW additions of content? Or only modifications to existing?

Hi @gpvista Yes, it does. Everything that you can see is tracked on the website will get served via the changes API.
