Can't find the form to apply for an API-key

Hey! I really want to apply for a developer API-key but I can't seem to find the form. It says there is an "API" link to the left within my account page but I can't find anything other than empty lists and empty reviews. Also, it says that I joined in 2013 but I actually joined last Sunday, which I think is strange. Any help applying for an API-key would be greatly appreciated! I've been searching for this for four days now. :)

Hi there,
This is where you should be clicking. I think the problem was the + in your username. You were ending up at helga's page, not 'helga+sunna'.

Thank you! My account has finally been updated and now has this menu, it was completely empty before. :)
