New Movies API Call Does Not Return All New Movies, Even Though TMDB Has the Data

Hello,
I am fairly new here. Wonderful amazing resource. Thank you.
I am making the new release call : http://api.themoviedb.org/3/discover/movie?primary_release_date.gte=2016-11-01&primary_release_date.lte=2016-11-09&api_key=XXXXX
For this example I am searching between Nov 1st to Nov 9th (one week range Wednesday to Wednesday into the future).
Generally these are the major movie releases : "Doctor Strange", "Trolls", and "Hacksaw Ridge" for November 4th 2016. The TMDB pages for those three movies also list Nov 4th as the release date.
However, when the movie primary_release_date call is made, and the results return, why is "Hacksaw Ridge" ridge the only major release listed ? Where, in this example, is "Trolls" or "Doctor Strange" ?

Hi there,
If you query the details for Doctor Strange:
You can see the primary release date we have is 2016-10-25. That corresponds to the first theatrical release we have added in the world which was in Great Britain.
What you're looking for is region based release filtering which is something we don't yet support. It's actually the very next I am working on though, so you'll see it soon. You can keep an eye on the blog for details.
