If you're using Google Adsense we do not consider your project commercial, feel free to sign up for a developer key.

Thanx Travis, I have read your api terms and condition and got little bit confuse as your terms and condition told, if i am using api, i will have to use movie db logo so what will be the place where shall i use it ? on my website home page or any where ?

No problem.
Yes, you need to attribute TMDb as the source of whatever data and/or images you use. This is mostly your call, obviously we like to see a link on each page, lots of our customers put a link in the footer for example. Whatever works best for your app.
