Ya, it looks like we're having trouble fulfilling our requests for new API instances with AWS. I've notified our ops team and they're looking into it.

Thanks seems like it's back up! 20 minutes before a demo lol

We're working to smooth things out. Sorry about the intermittent issues (there could be a few more before we're done here)...
