Started getting only 502's: Was working fine up to about 30 minutes ago

Ya, it looks like we're having trouble fulfilling our requests for new API instances with AWS. I've notified our ops team and they're looking into it.

We're working to smooth things out. Sorry about the intermittent issues (there could be a few more before we're done here)...
