In my app i will put links for other platforms for example wuaki or Netflix where i will earn money with this links or i will put advertisements. Or i will create a machine learning api when i ear money with information generated with my users concerning by the movies.
In this case i need to aply to commercia use ?

Hi @joseantpr We don't generally regard apps that are ad supported or referral based to be commercial users. You are free to apply for a developer key.

In my case . i´m working in a app where i have links to other webs like netflix o wuaki and i earn money if the person buy or rent a movie in this streaming service and i want to create a recommendation system based in sentiment and context of the user... after i will create an "Recommendation as a service" where you can obtain recommendation with a freemium service. This is a commmercial o developer ?
