request limit by ip

I want to send about 6000 request everyday at a fixed time once, one/sec . Is this from request limit rule ?
I know 10 requests/4 seconds rule.

Our limits are enforced by IP, so averaging 4 r/s gives you the ability to execute approx. 345,600 requests per day. You will be fine with 6000 😄
