When trying to get the upcoming movie list, I am getting an error of JSON text did not start with array or object

I tried to read in the data of upcoming movie list by using http://api.themoviedb.org/3/movie/now_playing/api_key=xxxxxx however I get the error that the JSON text did not start with array or object can you please help me
