I too would welcome the opportunity to become a moderator, or for some moderation abilities (e.g. picture deletion or episode deletion) to be provided to general users. This could be time-limited to fix an immediate mistake, if necessary, or only granted to those with a certain level of activity/edit history. You could take a look at Goodreads Librarians for an idea.
Moderation is incredibly slow. I have loads of open reports, some of which are very simple to fix - and this has led to lots of incorrect information filtering through to other websites reliant on the TMDB API, not least Trakt, where users there are complaining about the incorrect data.
We do need more moderators on this website to ensure it remains an accurate and reliable source of information.

Hi Travis, I'd like to become a moderator. I don't see any way to send in an official application, so I'm hoping this thread still gets attention. I may not have a huge number of edits, but I try focus on updating the pages of the shows I personally watch most frequently. Thanks :)
