I have a couple of apps on BlackBerry World and I'd like to create a compelling new BlackBerry 10 Native app using MovieDb. I started to request a key but I have two problems preventing me from completing the request. First, my plan is for an add-supported app where the user can pay a one-time in-app purchase to remove the ads and unlock some features. I believe that means I should request a Commercial API key, correct?

Also, the application process requires an app name, but I haven't decided on one yet. Can I use a placeholder name and change it later?
