More like the other way around, these discussions have been around since 2010 or so. But there's a history here and people haven't stopped using them so I maintain both areas.
In the long run (ie. if I can ever find some time to give the talk section some love) this might be more the preferred spot. It's not a big deal either way, both are supported.
