API does not return data which shows on website

Hi,
Sometimes API does not return data which shows on TMDb website. I've just added couple of videos for a Movie (393562), on website it show properly, but on API response, I don't see those added videos, even when tried on incognito or different browsers.
What could be the reason? How can we get update or latest data from API response?

Now API also started returning video data. Could you please confirm about the process of data update on API response? I mean how much time it takes to update data for API response or is there any kind of cache implementation on backend side.
