API TV season name is empty

The API returns a blank name for season 0, whereas the website shows the season is called 'Specials':
http://api.themoviedb.org/3/tv/1399/season/0?api_key=XXX
https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/1399-game-of-thrones/season/0
I'm not sure if this is a bug, or if it's by design.

I'd say it's... by design but could be changed. The website takes season 0's and automatically calls them specials. This is something you could do in app, and/or this is something I could make the API do.
