I can't create a new API

The link https://www.themoviedb.org/account/wmm/api/create does not seems to work, I tried to create a new API Key for my app but when I fill all the fields and click into submit button then not any OK or ERROR message appeared it seems like the request did not sended.
How can I request a new api key?

What was the specific error?

The error is that it does not sending my request to you in order to see it, it seems like when I press the Submit button it does nothing.

Actually the problem founded, when I switch my account to English then the error message appeared that I had an error in the address that I was set in the form, so the problem is that when I use non-English version in the account and trying to submit an new API key and I have errors into the form then the error message does not appear and the form pauses with not any message appear.
