application problem

My application don't seems to load up any videos. It keeps giving me the reply Couldn't load the video". How do I rectify this problem?

Hi shanodnan,
When you say doesn't load, what exactly are you referring to? A call to YouTube? Or a call to the TMDb API?

A valid call to the API looks like this (with a valid API key of course):
But I'm still not clear on the issue. Are you using a third party application or are you coding this yourself? You don't seem to have an API key...

I'm using a third party application, window phone 8.1, Lumia model 535.

I would recommend contacting the developer of the application. We don't provide customer support for 3rd party apps.
