Initially I create a web view for my app user to register an account of TMDB, but the reviewer of app store believes the web I present promotes third platform and requires me to delete the registration part. Can registration be implemented by code rather than by presenting your registration website? Just like sign-in? Thanks.

Not yet but this is actually something that is planned. I have some plans to implement third party sign ups which will also help (sign in via Facebook/Twitter/Google).
