how can i get a list of movie, for example 9 movie

You would usually go about this in two steps. First, searching for the movie by title:

https://api.themoviedb.org/3/search/movie?api_key=###&query=9

With the results of the search in hand you can then query the results by ID. So in this case, the first result is id 12244...

https://api.themoviedb.org/3/movie/12244?api_key=###
