My "application" doesn't have a website

I just wanted to use the API in my python scripts to look up some movie information using the imdb number, mostly for file renaming purposes...very low volume, personal usage. Right now, I have called my script 'renamev.py', but it has no web address, so I can't really fill out the application for an API key.
Really, do you need my cellphone number just so I can look up a few movies in my personal python scripts? The API looks great, and I thought it'd be a little easier than scraping imdb.com. What do I have to do, and what information do I "really" need to provide to get a key?

Hi there,
If you don't have a website you can enter "N/A". Everything else is required. It's your call if you want to use TMDb or not.
