How to get the TMDb movie page URL?

The 3/search/movie returns the ID. e.g. 206647. I can construct the complete URL manually.
I was wondering if it is possible to get the full URL. https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/206647-spectre This URL contains -spectre at the end of the URL.

There isn't really a way but you don't really need to worry about it. We redirect id only URLs:
https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/206647
