Limit request

Hello,is anyone to explain me something?I want to make a new project, with simillar movies based on one favorite,off course. Like similarkind or tastekid. But i have a question, if i have 40 users online or more, the limit is reached, no?Because if is so, i have a major problem.
"Our current limits are 40 requests every 10 seconds and are limited by IP address".
I think is ip server who exec my script, not the users ip. It's any method who i can make that better? thank u, and apologize for my eng.

Hi Stefu,
There won't be much other than you creating a local DB and caching the data locally so you're hitting the API less and less.

Thank u, so u say to save data received. I will make this, but what i doing on simillar movies?because i don't know what alghoritm use tmdb for that,for this association.
