Being told I need a valid API key, but I have one

I signed up yesterday and got an API key. I have been trying to use the /authentication/token/validate_with_login method, but I keep receiving an error message saying, "Invalid API key: You must be granted a valid key." I received a key, so I'm not sure why this is happening.

It started working. I think at the time I was using a token that had expired. After generating a new one, I was able to get it working. The error message threw me :)
